The Quaker City String Band Serenade will take place on Sunday, April 28, 2019, at 1 PM – 9 PM at Quaker City’s Clubhouse (1943 S 3rd St, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19148). Starting at 1 pm there will be a serenade parade with the Philadelphia string bands, outdoor dance party with Jerry Blavit, face painting, balloon artists, food trucks, vendors and more.
