The Philadelphia’s Mummers Parade has been voted by USA Today’s Reader’s Choice 2017 as the No. 1 Holiday Parade.
OK. That’s huge. So why isn’t the parade on national TV? Millions could enjoy it and no telling how many advertising dollars would be generated. The Clubs would obviously get a cut. I just don’t understand.
