PHL17 will broadcast the 2016 Mummers Parade beginning with a special program on Christmas morning and complete coverage on New Year’s Day.
On December 25, 2015 at 5:30 AM, PHL17 will broadcast a special edition of PHL17 Morning News entitled, “Philadelphia Mummers.” The program will take you behind the scenes of Mummery and provide exclusive information about the parade. “Philadelphia Mummers” will be rebroadcast on December 26, 2015 at 11:00 PM.
Steve Highsmith, will once again anchor coverage of the 2016 Mummers Parade starting at 8:00 AM on PHL17.
At 8:00 PM, PHL17 will announce the winners of the String Band division LIVE. Immediately following the string band results will be the 2016 Fancy Brigade Finale.
There will be a live stream available starting at 9am for out of town viewers.

Will it be televised on a direct tv. ?
If Direct TV carries PHL17 then yes.
No philly17 at Delawares Beaches. Is it streaming?
