A PHL17 Mummers Special is coming. PHL17 produced three new half hour specials titled “Philadelphia Mummers” which will air on PHL17 at 11:00pm on December 14th, 21st, and 28th leading up to the parade after Action News at 10 on PHL17. The shows will be 30 minutes and include various interviews and stories about the Mummers Parade and tradition.
