Tickets go on sale today for the Fancy Brigade Family Show, Fancy Brigade Finale and Mummersfest.
Warm up to New Year’s Day with activities for the whole family and visit Mummersfest, the “behind-the-scenes” look at the making of Philadelphia’s famous New Year’s Day parade, indoors at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Watch the final preparations and rehearsals for the Fancy Brigade Finale, a highlight of the Mummers Parade. Learn about Mummers history and preview themes for this year’s performances on a guided tour with a veteran brigade captain, talk to a mummer’s designer, dress like a mummer, and make-n-take activities for the whole family to enjoy.

Then on New Year’s Day 2015, the Fancy Brigades put their own spin on the time-honored Mummers tradition by taking their revelry inside the Pennsylvania Convention Center for two shows. The 11 Fancy brigade clubs get into character with lavish costumes, elaborate floats and props, then take center stage to perform Broadway-quality choreographed acts.
