Someone on YouTube recently posted some 8mm movies of the 1964 Mummers Parade and slowed the video to ¼ speed for better viewing. When the camera pans to the right you can see the Union League of Philadelphia in the background, so it seems that the video was shot near the corner of Broad St. and Sansom St.
